BLS
Basic Life Support
This BLS course is designed to provide all healthcare providers the ability to recognize life- threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use a AED, and relieve choking in a safe, and effective matter. The class will overview single- rescuer and team basic life support skills; Including but not limited to emergency situations, precautions to take, and legal consideration when administering life saving care. BLS is the care first responders, healthcare providers and public safety professionals provide to anyone who is experiencing cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or obstructed airway. BLS is the foundation to saving a life.
ACLS
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
This ACLS instructor-led course teaches the importance of a high performance team, managing cardiac arrest, early and continuous high-quality CPR, system care recognition, and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, post-cardiac arrest care, acute dysrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Healthcare providers enhance their abilities and skill through ACLS training, from basic life support to advanced interventions, airway management, pharmacology and more. This course is designed for the experienced advanced healthcare provider who is comfortable with EKG interpretation, administering life saving medications, effective team dynamics and airway management in a emergent situation.
PALS
Pediatric Advanced Life Support
PALS is a classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course that uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics.
